A night of fighting, glamour, power, beautiful ladies and a new world champion. What sets us apart from the UFC is that it’s not just pure fighting, but a mix of glitz, glamour, sexiness, and raw entertainment. We don’t allow standing punches to the face like most WMMA leagues, but make no mistake, these chicks can fight!

Fight 1: Tasia 'Thrash' Lockran (1-0) vs Agatha 'Cannibal' Carter (1-2)

Both ladies making their professional MMA debut. A lackluster fight that felt like I’d been on the show “Punk’d” as the fight seemed more sex than fighting. Sloppy punches & cat-fighting like moves dominated the first minute, and it looked like neither lady knew what they were doing. Out of nowhere, a vicious takedown by Tasia and a tight rear naked choke even had the ref shocked, so much so that he missed the multiple taps. It ended with Agatha out cold and flat on her back! This one seemed to end with some bad blood as Tasia advance to 1-0 inside the LFC. I wouldn’t be surprised to see a rematch at a future event.

RESULT: Tasia 'Thrash' Lockran (1-0) wins by technical submission

Fight 2: Teri 'Feisty Fists' London (3-3) vs Jenny 'Bloody' Valentine (3-3)

This one started out with punches in bunches, and chicks with kicks! It was non-stop action with both ladies going for broke. I knew that this one wasn’t going to the judges, and indeed it didn’t. Even on the ground, both ladies never stopped throwing punches and going for submissions. Only a couple minutes into the first round, and a sudden submission move had Jenny frantically tapping, in too much pain to continue.

RESULT: Teri 'Feisty Fists' London (3-3) wins by submission

Fight 3: Allie 'Babydoll' Parks (17-9) vs Shelly 'Aphrodite' DaSilva (9-7)

Both ladies started off with leg kicks as they tested each other, and then the rest of round one was mostly a battle for cage control, only ending when Shelly caught Allie in a guillotine, and Allie bravely survived without tapping. Round two saw a lot of groundwork, with both ladies looking for submissions. It was a very competitive and strategic battle, but in the end, the judges gave the nod to Shelly. Even after the win, Shelly showed her cruel side by antagonizing Allie. The LFC “bad girl” is baaaaack!

RESULT: Shelly 'Aphrodite' DaSilva (9-7) wins by decision

Fight 4: Lauren 'The Animal' Fogle (6-4) vs Andreea 'The Storm' Vladoi (13-4-1)

Lots of head kicks and spinny stuff to start this one off, before Andreea took it to the ground several times and dominated with striking and top control. Despite Lauren’s best efforts, she couldn’t weather “The Storm”. A sudden rear naked choke by Andreea ends this one, and she earns a decisive and relatively easy win. She certainly looks like a force to be reckoned with and after a win like this, has to be considered a top contender for the LFC title.

RESULT: Andreea 'The Storm' Vladoi (13-4-1) wins by submission

Fight 5: Serina 'Honey Punch' Kyle (2-2) vs Danielle 'Cow Belle' St. Pierre (2-2)

This was a rematch of a fight that Danielle mostly dominated but was caught with a sudden armbar and lost by submission. Determined for revenge, the fight started off intense and the action never stopped. Although Danielle wanted nothing more than a win, it was obvious that Serina had greatly improved her skills since their first fight. It all ends in round two after a huge judo throw and relentless ground and pound by Danielle forces the ref to stop the action. Now that each fighter has a win over the other, one can only pray for a rubber match between these two!

RESULT: Danielle 'Cow Belle' St. Pierre (2-2) wins by submission

Fight 6: Shay 'The Fox' Mazzato (16-8) vs Jessie 'El Toro' Santos (12-4)

Having a big size advantage and a nasty attitude, Jessie wanted nothing more than to destroy the smaller Shay, who was coming off a loss in her last fight for the LFC title. Jessie had all the physical skills, but Shay had the “big fight” experience. As it turns out, this was a one-sided beatdown for most of the fight, with Jessie literally tossing Shay around the cage, even INTO the cage at points. Shay showed a ton of heart by hanging in there and forcing this one to go to the judges, but the result was never in doubt. What a fight!

RESULT: Jessie 'El Toro' Santos (12-4) wins by decision

Fight 7: Jolene 'The Valkyrie' Hexx (21-6-1) vs C.J. 'Ice Cold' Kellerman (13-4)

This one started out with some trash talk even after the bell rang, and it was obvious this would be a hotly contested fight. After the talking stopped, the fighting began, both ladies going hard with strikes. C.J. was impressive with her take-downs and composure throughout the entire fight, but got caught by a slick armbar, the trash talking continues and another fight almost breaks out! A rematch between these two looks likely.

RESULT: Jolene 'The Valkyrie' Hexx (21-6-1) wins by submission

Fight 8: Main event time! Roxy 'Roundhouse' Michaels (10-3) would challenge Monica 'Flowerbomb' Garcia (16-5) for the LFC title.

Prior to this fight, the champ had claimed she didn’t even know who Roxy was but her “outfits were cute”. Monica apparently didn’t expect this to be much of a fight, but she was wrong! This one went all three rounds and the decision could have gone either way as it was a close, competitive bout. When the decision was announced, we had a NEW LFC champion!

RESULT: Roxy 'Roundhouse' Michaels (10-3) wins by decision to become the new undisputed LFC Champion of the World!

All in all, LFC 25 was fun, fast paced, had lots of action, lots of finishes, and lots of big personalities from the ladies. Say what you want about the LFC, but we’re here to stay. Watch out for LFC26 as we’ll be making an announcement very soon!
