What does it mean to you to fight in the LFC?

It is an absolute privilege to be a title belt holder for the LFC. The support from the fans and our media presence motivates me every day to be the best version of myself and to always be ready for the next fight.

When and why did you start training?

I started training in 2010 after being violently assaulted and nearly killed in an attack. I had never felt so helpless and took action by walking into my first studio bruised and banged up a week later. It’s incredible how the worst time in your life can end up opening doors to the greatest of times.

What martial arts are you trained in?

I trained the most diligently in Krav Maga, but I have experience in BJJ, Muay Thai, Boxing, Kickboxing, and Wrestling.

Any ranks, titles, or accomplishments in other competitions?

I was rated a level three with Krav Maga before dabbling around. European Champ LFC, duh. Pudding wrestling champion and Lube wrestling champion.

What strengths do you bring to the league?

I have both the skills and persona to keep climbing to the top.

Favorite grappling technique?

You know, I’m a head control kind of girl.

Favorite striking technique?

Elbows and knees.

What things are you involved in outside of the LFC?

I’m a nature enthusiast and traveler. Those are the adventures I work so hard to escape to.

What is your most recent fashion-related purchase?

I bought a metallic green slingshot to dance around in.

What makes you laugh the most?

My dog.

Do you have any heroes?

Every person who has ever shared their story with me. It never ceases to amaze me how amazing every individual journey is.

What is the meaning of life to you?

To have a good time and strategize on how to have an even better time.

Sour cream.

Currently, Vagabond Opera.
