LAS VEGAS, September 11, 2015 — Lingerie Fighting Championships Inc. (“LFC”) announced today that it has signed Olympic Gymnast Andreea Vladoi to a multi-fight deal. The Romanian rhythmic gymnast competed in the 2000 Olympic games in Sydney.

“We strive to find the very best athletes possible,” LFC’s Chief Executive Officer Shaun Donnelly says. “People tend to dismiss that aspect of our league because the women are beautiful and compete in lingerie. But first and foremost they have to be elite athletes.”

Vladoi joins a group that already includes several collegiate athletes, a champion bodybuilder, a professional football player and a state champion swimmer to name just a few.

“I was excited to join the LFC after I saw a video on YouTube,” Vladoi explains. “It looked very professional and the girls seemed to care about putting on an entertaining show. That’s what I like to do too.”

Vladoi has a great deal of experience in mixed martial arts, compiling a 10-2 record in her native Romania before relocating to the U.S. last year. She is trained in karate, judo, ju-jitsu and wushu. As a member of Romania’s Olympic Team she competed in amateur MMA bouts, often without the knowledge of her coaches.

Vladoi will make her LFC debut at LFC21 where she is expected to take on Salt Lake City’s Jolene Hexx (14-5).
